The British Hypertension Society runs a Masterclass programme to provide a CME-accredited education link with the
Royal College of Physicians Training Programme.
These meetings take the following format:
- Duration and Timing: one day or half-day, two meetings a year
- Delegates: British Hypertension Society members plus local SpRs (approximately 25-50 delegates per meeting)
- Specific topics (e.g. ambulatory blood pressure monitoring, secondary hypertension, pregnancy, renal)
- Organised by British Hypertension Society members locally (under the guidance of the British Hypertension Society Educational Programmes Working Party)
