British Hypertension Society Cardiovascular Medicine Research Net

It is the intention of the British Hypertension Society to establish a database of cardiovascular researchers, which would be of interest to both the clinical and scientific sections of the Society, as well as research workers in other related societies (e.g. British Cardiac Society) and the British Hypertension Society Friends.

Researchers could be included on the database provided they had a minimum level of research income and number of publications. Their entry could include their activities, techniques, clinical trials, areas of interest, and would allow for two photographs and a link to their own website.

This web-based resource will enable research workers to identify other units working in the same areas, to pool resources and collaborate in clinical trials.
